At Hadéle Swim, we accept returns for store credit or exchange on swimwear that is in new condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that all sale items, including items purchased with a discount, are final sale and not eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, please ensure all swimwear is tried on over your underwear. Returns are only accepted when the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unworn.
- Hygiene liners and all swing tags must remain attached, and the item must be in perfect resale condition.
- Items must be returned in the original Hadéle Swim packaging.
