SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Hadéle Swim’s warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian (Queensland) public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We aim to deliver orders within a reasonable time as required under Australian Consumer Law, and if there is a material delay we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

PROCESSING TIMES

For domestic orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST, and international orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST (where stock is available), we aim to process and ship your order on the same business day.

DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable duties and import taxes for certain destinations are calculated and collected at checkout through Shopify. The total price you see at the time of purchase includes all shipping, duties, and taxes where duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so you may not be required to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country.

By prepaying these charges, your parcel will clear customs more smoothly, reducing the risk of delays or unexpected costs at delivery.

Please note that different countries have different laws regarding the importation of goods, taxes, and duties. Orders shipped outside of Australia are subject to import fees, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

If you are concerned your order may exceed your country’s duty-free threshold, we recommend checking with your local Customs authority before placing your order.

All DHL deliveries require a signature upon delivery unless the signature requirement is waived. If no one is available to accept delivery and no alternative delivery arrangements are made with the carrier, the parcel may be returned to us, and a $40.00 AUD return fee will apply.

If you choose to waive the signature requirement with the carrier, delivery will be deemed to occur when the parcel is marked as delivered to the nominated address. From that point, risk passes to you, except where loss or damage results from our failure to comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns remain the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. Where a return is required because the goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to comply with consumer guarantees, Hadéle Swim will cover return shipping costs in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact our team at contact@hadeleswim.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made directly through Hadéle Swim. However, customers may contact the courier to update their address. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If an error in the order results in a failure to meet consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
