Returns/Exchanges

At Hadéle Swim, for Australian orders we accept returns for store credit or exchange on swimwear that is in new condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

For International orders we accept returns for store credit only. Return Shipping label at the expense of the customer. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Sale items, including items purchased at a discount, are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Hygiene and Safety Requirements

For hygiene and safety reasons, please ensure all swimwear is tried on over your underwear. Returns are only accepted when the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn.
  • Hygiene liners and all swing tags must remain attached, and the item must be in
  • perfect resale condition.
  • Items must be returned in the original Hadéle Swim packaging.

These hygiene requirements apply only to change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, it may be returned even if these conditions are not met.

Request a Return/Exchange

To request a return you must contact returns@hadeleswim.com providing your order number and the products you wish to return/exchange. We will respond within 5 business days assessing your return request.

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, the return shipment must be organised and paid by the customer back to the Hadéle Warehouse (address will be provided in return confirmation).

For exchanges of goods that are defective or fail to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, the return shipment will be organised and paid for by Hadéle Swim.
