SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Hadéle Swim’s warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian (Queensland) public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day.
PROCESSING TIMES
For domestic orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST, and international orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST (where stock is available), we aim to process and ship your order on the same business day.
DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and charged at checkout for eligible destinations. These charges are included in the total order value, and no additional payment is required upon delivery.
Duties and taxes are determined based on the shipping destination and local import regulations. The total amount payable is displayed prior to order confirmation.
In certain circumstances, customs authorities may require additional information to complete clearance. In such cases, the carrier may contact the recipient directly to facilitate delivery.
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, a $40.00 AUD return fee will be deducted from the refund.
All DHL Express deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If delivery is attempted and no recipient is available, and no alternative delivery instructions have been provided, the parcel may be returned to sender and a $40.00 AUD return feewill apply.
If the signature requirement is waived, Hadéle Swim is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact our team at support@hadeleswim.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to update your address, please contact the courier directly as soon as possible.
