SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Hadéle Swim’s warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian (Queensland) public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day.

PROCESSING TIMES

For domestic orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST, and international orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST (where stock is available), we aim to process and ship your order on the same business day.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of goods, taxes, and duties. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import fees or local duties, which vary by country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Hadéle Swim cannot estimate or cover these costs.

If you are concerned your order may exceed your country’s duty-free threshold, we recommend checking with your local Customs office.

If you choose to reject or refuse delivery of your parcel due to unpaid duties, taxes or customs charges, the order will not be refunded.

All DHL deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available and no alternative delivery arrangements are made, the parcel may be returned to us, and a $40.00 AUD return fee will apply.

If you choose to waive the signature requirement, Hadéle Swim cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of returns.

USA DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to duties, taxes, and tariffs. These remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier. DHL Express will contact you with instructions on how to complete payment before delivery.

If you choose to reject or refuse delivery of your parcel, a $40.00 AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact our team at support@hadeleswim.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you need to update your address, please contact the courier directly as soon as possible.
