Request a Return 

To request a return, please contact returns@hadeleswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

We will respond within 5 business days accessing your return request. The return shipment must be organised and paid by the customer back to the Hadele Warehouse - address will be provided in return confirmation. 

Exchanges - Return shipping label will be at the expense of the customer for exchanges.

For hygiene and safety reasons, please ensure all swimwear is tried on over your underwear. Returns are only accepted when the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unworn.
• Hygiene liners and all swing tags must remain attached, and the item must be in perfect resale condition.
• Items must be returned in the original Hadéle Swim packaging.
